I was admitted to Solihull Hospital Ward 15/16 recently for an operation on my bunion. I would like to say what wonderful treatment i received from the moment I entered the ward to when I left. The nurses were very professional but polite, friendly and kept me informed of everything that was happening. I was put at ease when I arrive and kept informed at all times of what was going to happen and when.

I have only praise for all the staff on the ward and in this day when one hears nothing good about hospital treatment I felt I should let you know how I was treated.

Please pass on my thanks to all the staff involved. Even the porter tried to put me at ease on my way to the theatre.
