What I liked
I was in Letchworth ward for 3 days, from arrival to leaving the whole Dr and Nursing team showed dedication and genuine concern for my well being, I was treated with respect and my dignity was top priority at all times.
The ward was clean but dust balls were visible, this was recified quickly.
The food was of a good quailty and was always very hot.
The ward staff were always happy and chatty.
Thank you to all concerned
