"Rude admin person on the phone"

(as the patient),

telephoned today to enquire about my day case admission. person I spoke to was abrupt to say the least even though i was polite.basically cut me off.

well if the axe falls on this individual's job presumably they will turn up in the private sector,well, welcome to the real world. If I spoke to a client like this I would probably be presented with my p45.

I am already threatened with dismissal for being ill and no pay of any sort while off.
