"dreadfull wait!"

What could be improved

I don't know the causes why each time I go to this a&e I have to wait minimun 5 hours,maybe more staff or more organization as in x-ray I saw more than 6 people(not counting receptionist and other staff) and 2 rooms and I had to wait more than half hour with no more people waiting than me.

Anything else?

Arrived at A&E with my wife (she had a nasty hand cut) at 12:15,assestement nurse saw her at 13:35 and was called inside at 16:45,waited 45 min more for an x-ray,the treatment was finished at aprox. 18:10.

This is the 3rd time I go to the Kings College A&E and I never had to wait less than 5 hours each time I've been there.

This is ridiculous, after paying each month more than £250 for National insurance, me and my family, if we need A&E assistance in the future(hope not!),we must forget the option of a closer hospital due the waiting.Living in Peckham I will take into consideration the Chelsea or westminter hospital for example!
