Dear Sirs,
Because of the treatment, I needed innersoles which only took 5 minutes to make. I asked for a second pair and was happy to pay for them. Having had inner special soles for a year, it would make life easier if 2 pairs could be provided even for a fee. If this has been time consuming or had to be sent away for, I could understand the refusal but these soles only take 5 minutes to make.
