What I liked
Money saving ideas of supplying 25 dinners to 30 patients on the same ward. Nursing staff had to divide the supplied dinners up so at least everyone got a little to eat, great work, keep it up (not)
What could be improved
Giving a man more than paracetamol for a leg amputation (which wasnt done under a general) and actually supplying and giving what the surgeon told them too.
Making the transfer from halamshire (after the opp) less painful and less traumatic by supplying more than a transit with dirty, broken and cold bench seats in it.
Doing a blood test before the specialist returns to the ward after ordering one earlier in the day.
What could be improved? in 2 words, patient care
Anything else?
Very poor treatment of patients and staff. Moral lower than rock bottom food (when available) poor quality.
"Very poor healthcare"
