What I liked
Extremely polite and friendly staff - especially the surgeons. Unlike my experiences at other hospitals, they relate to me as the intelligent human being I consider myself to be, describing the issues, providing lots of emotional support and useful information, and involving me fully in decision-making.
Very helpful appointment staff for outpatients and x-ray, and very flexible appointments system.
What could be improved
Perhaps a shorter waiting time in the clinic, but waiting a while is absolutely a price worth paying for the excellent care and time given with the surgeons.
Physiotherapy - the time allowed for each session is just too short to be useful. There is barely enough time for an assessment to allow for advice on what to do next, and my experience was that absolutely no actual therapy was provided during the session.
