What I liked
The care I received at the hospital was excellent. The nurses were very kind and I felt very well supported throughout my stay. I have never had to have an operation before and was very concerned but my consultant was very good at helping me understand my treatment and the risks which made me feel more confident.
The food was good and the housekeeping and nursing staff took care of all my requirements. My family were able to visit me throughout my stay and were very comfortable doing so.
What could be improved
The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable but quite old-fashioned so perhaps a bit of a refurb. wouldn't go amiss!
