"Impressed by the way the service is run"

I am a student currently on placement with the child and adolescent mental health service.

Since I have been on this placement I must say that I am impressed on the way services are run.

For instance, we've been taught so much on the importance of anti-discriminatory practice and how it must be promoted in practice by practitioners, I must say that in this placement so far, from my observation, that this is highly recognised.

As a student I believe where good practice exist, staffs should be complimented.
