What I liked
I was treated with understanding and empathy as well as dignity and respect and this was very much appreciated as I was in a lot of pain and I tend to find hospitals to be frightening places to be.
What could be improved
It was difficult to book the appointment. I was only offered one date and as it wasn't suitable I was told I would need my doctor to refer me again. This added to my waiting time. I know the clinic is very busy but there must be a better system than a lottery.
Anything else?
The hospital grounds and facilities were pleasant too.
"Excellent."
