I had to make a trip down to the jersey way Doctors, as had been waiting on the phone for over 40 mins. When I walked in, there was only one patient waiting. Reception staff were busy making each other Coffees. I went to the counter, and said does anyone ever answer phones here. Only to be told if I want to make a complaint fill a form out. Attitude was shameful and disgusting when I told the receptionist I wanted to record my Mothers death, just was told they had only just received the information and I would have to wait for a call to tell me to collect it. Well their attitude was shameful, just gave me a look, as if to say just go away. Is this how your surgery treats bereaved families ???
