"999 call after accident"

2 week ago I was in old market bristol

a man walk on road a bus hit him. The bus window broke. Around 5mins the Ambulance came long time, could been better then came 2 mins not 5mins

Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us about our service. We aim to respond to emergencies as quickly as possible and have a target of an 8 minute response for all life-threatening emergencies. This target is agreed nationally and is based on assessment of clinical risks for an agreed list of accident types. We recognise that every minute is important, especially if you are either the patient or a bystander and always strive to attend as quickly as possible. I am glad that on this occasion were able to respond with 5 minutes, within target, giving the patient every chance, not just of surviving but of making a good recovery
