One doctor is fantastic, really made me feel at ease and gave me all the information I needed when my 8 week old was struggling with breathing from having a cough, reassured me and told me I could call back to be seen at any time if I thought she had got worse. Another doctor is also fantastic. Only downfall about this surgery is the receptionists are very miserable, not all of them but most, there is an odd one that will crack a smile. But other than that every dr I have seen so far have been amazing. Don't really struggle to get an appointment either and not on the phone for hours

We are sorry to hear that you find the majority of the receptionists to be miserable. They have a very stressful and difficult job, although this should never be exhibited to our patients. We are delighted that you have had such a good experience with a couple of our GPs - as well as diagnosing ailments and prescribing medication, we pride all of our clinicians on being able to offer simple reassurance, advice and even a shoulder to cry on at times.
