The Avalon Centre is a first class service, Its workshops are on a daily basis and have helped me with my alcohol addiction. By far the best workshop has to be Phoenix Group (11. 15 am- 1pm at Fareham). Everyone is welcome no matter what your addiction is. This is run by volunteers who have been addicts at sometime and have come out the other side.
