About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital

I just wanted to say how impressed i was when i visited the Out of Hours department with my 3 year old.

I called 111 last Sunday evening and after 30 minutes they called me back with an appointment for her.

We were seen within minutes and given a prescription and even advised where there was an late night pharmacy.

Excellent service, we were so impressed.

Thank you for your comments, it is always good to hear when a patient has had a positive experience and we hope your toddler is now back to their normal self.

Bournemouth Hospital is the host site for the out of hours service so you may receive a further response from South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust who run the service.
