"Can't imagine how it could be better"

Spent three days in CCU before being transferred to Blackpool for further treatment. I think that the key to the service provided by all the staff is that they treat an individual rather than a number on a conveyor belt.

A wonderful combination of care, concern and humour (some very dry!) all within the atmosphere of professionalism.

Unfortunately I was discharged to home from Blackpool rather than being returned to Lancaster as originally planned. I was therefor not able to thank everyone in the CCU directly. I hope this review makes up for that in part.
