"Steps to Change Counselling"

I found this service extremely beneficial following a period of depression. I had gotten so low due to various events resulting in losing my job and had hit rock bottom, even considering suicide as I saw no way out. The cousellor I had was absolutely lovely. She sympathized with my situation and helped me to realize how I could deal with my issues and move on with my life. I learnt coping mechanisms and found a way to overcome the negativity and anxiety I was suffering. I honestly believe that my life has been changed for the positive and I can not thank them enough. I had 12 sessions and although it takes time, I would recommend this service to anyone. The first step is realizing you need, then getting help! Don't feel ashamed (you're not the only one going through hard times) or embarrassed.

Take this step with steps to change :)
