"Quick and caring treatment of my poorly boy."

About: Ormskirk & District General Hospital

My 8 month old son was referred to A&E by the walk-in centre last night with vomiting and a temperature. We were triaged quickly and the triage nurse immediately suspected an ear infection.

We were given a fluid trial to do and my son was then examined by a doctor who confirmed an ear infection. We were on our way home within 2 hours with antibiotics

Everyone we dealt with was courteous, kind and professional. Thank you.
