My 9 month old had breathing difficulties; all staff were working so hard, yet throughout all I could hear were patients moaning about waiting times!!
They were fantastic with my son and even thanked me for my patience as I left.... no thank you for having the patience with ungrateful people who don’t appreciate how damb hard you all work!!!
