"Lovely staff at Ayr Hospital"

(as the patient),

I have had an appointment at the outpatients department (suite B) and received a letter asking me to let them know how my experience was so I wanted to say that I am delighted with the attention and care I have received.

I've had to go on in for scans and tests because I keep on having dizzy spells and so I am hoping to hear back from them soon to find out what's wrong.

The hospital have been extremely helpful and patient and they are so friendly. I really appreciate the attention they have given me, and I din't think anything could be improved. I saw about 4 different people all together and they were so friendly it felt like going to see a friend but in the hospital.
