"Operation on shoulder"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Trauma and orthopaedics

I was operated on my right shoulder on Monday 6 November .

I was extremely saifisfied with the care I received on the day , by all staff concerned .

My first rate surgeon took the time to explain the procedure beforehand and took the trouble to send me a text later in the day to check all was ok.

All the staff including were very caring and helpful.

I am so pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the care you received, everything was explained to you beforehand and your surgeon even checked everything was okay by text later in the day. This is certainly the caring attitude we strive to share and promote throughout the Trust.

I will ensure your lovely feedback is passed on to the teams who would have been looking after you whilst you were an inpatient as I know they will also be thrilled to receive it.
