About: York Hospital

I came into York Hospital for a procedure in Endoscopy.

I received excellent care from the staff here and nurses. During my procedure I was immediately reassured by the nurse and constantly throughout this.

I would like to thank everyone in Endoscopy, and thank each and every one of you for your care, kindness, and dedication.

Dedicated staff who did their very best at all times and explained everything to me thoroughly.

Once again, thank you for everything and all you do. They even made me a drink and gave me biscuits following this, on top of everything else and I cannot thank the staff and nurses enough.

I am so pleased to hear about your experience within our Endoscopy Unit at York Hospital, it's great to hear that the staff were able to reassure you and that everyone did their best throughout your procedure.

Having an Endoscopy is very nerve racking and I am pleased we could make it a little less stressful.

We are very proud of our staff and we know that they always strive to provide the best service to our patients; it's great to get feedback from our patients reflecting this.

I hope that all is well and that you will receive the same high standard of care should you need our services again in the future.
