I visted the surgery a fortnight ago and was seen by a member of staff. Excellent communication skills and empathy. I was prescribed HRT and have not looked back.
Today I visited the same member of staff again regarding my cholesterol results and we discussed taking a statin. I was given the good and bad points of taking a statin and went away with my prescription. All my questions were answered clearly and felt I had received excellent service. Thank you, and please don't retire.
In addition the receptionists are excellent and always deal with my queries both in person or on the telephone extremely professionally.
Keep up the excellent work all of you.
