(as the patient),

After several Years of using a Catheter when needed, the necessary muscle stopped working so I could only pass urine using a catheter.

Away from home, this became socially difficult. I attended a prescription preview and was advised to get a new catheter which included a water Sachet This has improved things considerably for me.

Full marks to the nurse who cared about my condition and gave such god advice.

The prescription service works very well and I feel confident that I can rely on their service.
