"Shingles vaccination."

About: St Albans Medical Centre

Received a text ten days ago offering a shingles injection. Called in surgery to make an appointment and was told it was a walk in clinic 7th November 3_4pm. Arrived just before three surgery look quite full. Checked in with receptionist and asked how long the waiting was. Apparently 9 before me. Next minute the nurse comes up to reception desk and tells the receptionist they are only going to do flu jabs and no shingles. Anyone wanting one would have to come back. Needless to say I was furious. I then made an appointment which is now on 17th. Bear in made couldn't make one in the first place had to come to the walk in clinic.. It was only last week after waiting three weeks to see a certain doctor I was telephoned and told the day before no doctor available and I ended up seeing a nurse and ended up with wrong item on prescription.
