As a new patient under the NHS and a new resident of Radcliffe-on-Trent, and my 1st visit to one of the Drs - they appeared anxious and in a hurry with my consultation!
The doctor kept asking me for a list of any medications i was on so they could put them on the computer system and print off the scripts. I have a history of familial inherited high cholesterol and they never bothered to ask if I had any bloods taken recently or even suggested that I should!
They didn't ask how I was feeling or if I had any health issues! I asked for a referral to a Dermatologist as was worried about 2 sinister lesions and had previously had 5 BCCs removed from my face living in the Australian sun, and they said another doctor was the GP in the Practice to see.
Waited 3 weeks to see them.
When I saw them, they too were in a hurry!
Didn't do a proper scan of my body and refused to remove the 2 lesions and said they would review the 'sinister lesion on upper lip in Jan!
I asked for a referral to a Dermatologist and they said there was no need for one!
What a shambles, Kindly take my name off the Practice List of patients.
