What I liked

At 47 this was my first surgery and general anaesthetic and I was quite nervous and I was very impressed at the treatment I received from first consultation in Cheltenham through day surgery in Tewkesbury and after care and check-ups back in Cheltenham. I was particularly impressed by the way the two consultants explained my surgery options and the procedures in great detail in a way that I could easily understand and that put me at ease. On the day of my operation in Tewkesbury I was very impressed from the recptionist, ward staff to surgeon and right through to the way staff treated me on coming round and explaining and supplying my very comprehensive pain relief options. All round a very good experience and 'life enhancing surgery.
