"Not getting help"

About: Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / Adult mental health

(as the patient),

so i went to doctors an get sent to resource centre. After 4or 5 different tablets off my doctor i get an appointment after  6weeks to be assessed then go to different place for my next appointment in 4weeks to sit in waiting room for three hours then get told to come back next month. so month later i go to be told sorry can not help you go away. so were do i go from hear bar topping myself? It was a very hard thing to do asking for help in the first place now im even more depressed and i got no way out of it this time

I am really sorry you have had this experience. I agree that it is very difficult to ask for help. Please can we try again and explore what we can do? and allow us to review your care experience?

We can see if what our team suggested was ok, or not ok and at the very least if it isn't a service we offer and it is really not our team, we may have someone or something else we could offer?
