What I liked
I entered the A&E department on friday 26th november at 11pm with my niece who had cut her hand very badly and was very destressed as the last time she was there in the dep[artment her nana had died and she still has nightmares about it. When we were finally seen by a nurse she was very calm and comforting and the treatment was then very swift and the staff were very reasuring and explained everythinng to her . They were very helpfull about explaining the aftercare and even provided some extra dressings.
so with many thanks to all the staff

What could be improved
The only complaint was that as she was bleeding quite a lot itb was very drstressing for my niece and her mother so to be triearged sooner would have improved the srevice .
