iI just wanted to give you some feedback as me and my mum have just been having a conversation about the somewhat scary and unexpected transition from the Willows (our family GP of many years) to your practice.
We both feel that we have received an outstanding service - from day 1 when I met the Manager in the reception greeting and reassuring new patients, through to now as my husband, children and mum have all joined and used the services in planned and urgent circumstances.
The service and communication from the Receptionists, Nurses, Locums, Doctors and Manager has been brilliant, you are patient, understanding, thorough and give us your focused time whether it be over the phone, email or face to face.
This is massively important and I just wanted to say a personal thank you.
