"Brilliant advance nurse practitioner"

Today I called at 8am and got straight through, the receptionist was very helpful and got the anp to call me back regarding my mental health. They were very understanding when they called me back and told me to go in at the end of am surgery.

I did and I can not fault this lovely nurse enough for their time and patience with me, the nurse really listened to me and helped me make sense of things, the nurse listened when no one else would and they cared, allowed me to make sense of things and calmed me down, honestly I've never met a human being so kind, gentle and understanding.

I've also got to say that all of my care here has been exceptional, it's the only Dr's surgery that has ever been great all round for me, all the Dr's listen, they've gotten to the bottom of my diagnoses when other surgeries were stumped, they refer you when they say they will,

I've even had unexpected phone calls from my regular Dr to make sure I'm ok during very poor health. The receptionists are always kind and helpful, if you've got questions they'll answer them, if they can't answer them then they'll find out from someone else and get back to you. The surgery itself needs a bit of a face lift because it's very old fashioned, but the staff make up for that, they're all fabulous.
