Yesterday I had a bad night because my partner caused me a lot of distress, they left to go out and use with some mates I knew this would be for the night.This then led to me drinking, ehich made me feel like a mug.
I came to see my keyworker who calmed me down and reassured me that there was nowt I could do about my mistake, but I can stay sober today and attend the core program tomorrow (great).
Lots of thanks because I would not have got through today without having a drink if it wasn,t for this advice.
