my care in general was good but when you leave a message for next order or instant formula, you do not receive a courtesy call to say that message has been received and milk will be delivered on time.
On one incident, I had to personally collect as delay caused by dietician department and was reassured then that I would be called personally by the dietician to say order request received I think, should be done constantly
"You do not receive a courtesy call"
