What could be improved

Further to my post about my dealings with X-ray below, I would just like to add that despite St.Thomas's faxing a request for the x-rays, my daughter still had to have another 3 X-rays on her pelvis making 7 in all, because they were not sent in spite of assurances to the contrary. So, we were sat in with the consultant who had no x-rays from ESH or the x-rays and MRI scan ( which costs £1000) from RSCH, Brighton; in fact, all she had was a referral letter! What a massive waste of taxpayer's money and everybody's time! There was actually no point in my dealing with the rude woman in X-ray at all as I didn't achieve what I set out to do anyway! This is the kind of thing which wastes the NHS resources....no communication between hospitals/departments/people! In spite of this, I would still choose to go to ESH as I have had to go there at least twice for 2nd opinions in orthopaedic outpatients and have found the medical care very expert..
