What I liked

Hi i was admitted to Kings Ward for Kyphoplasty,(a collapsed vertebrae)after a long wait for this procedure,i finally had my operation by the Dr & his team i could not fault the way i was treated once i arrived,the staff on Kings Ward are without exception caring and thorough,although i was only in overnight i could see how hard they worked for there patients,to make them at ease at all times. thank you all. jim.

What could be improved

The amount of time i had to wait for my operation.
