What I liked
Hospital seems cleaner than it was-recent changes/building improvements do seem to have made things better.
What could be improved
Have been attending Rheumatology out-patients for a while-what's gone wrong?Every time I attend, the consultant I am under has either left or is in the process of leaving-there is no continuity of care-you never seem to see the consultant anyway.I admit that the tests and investigations arranged by the department have been thorough, but the actual care and attention has been acceptable at best-I may as well have stuck with my GP,who has always been very good.
Anything else?
This is my local hospital, and is easy for me to get to-the care I have received in other departments has usually been pretty good-sometimes it's worth the effort and choosing an appointment at a hospital further away-have had dealings with Sheffield hospitals-they can't do enough for you.
