What I liked
I was seen today in a Clinic in Out-Patients on Bay 2 of the out-patient suite. It was well run and I had only a half hour wait. Staff were super. Very, very helpful. Doctor clear and sympathetic and very professional. My thanks to all.
What could be improved
But... firstly far too many people were crammed into a tiny waiting-space in Bay 2. It was difficult to clamber over people to find a seat!
Then, we were subjected to the most ghastly "songs", repeated loudly and ad nauseam over the loud-speaker. We were completely appalled that such muck should be broadcast at all, let alone in a hospital to a roomful of adults, all waiting in some anxiety for important medical appointments!
I hope and trust you will look into this, and see that in future, if you have to play music at all, much more appropriate music is usedl! Something quiet, tuneful and soothing would be much better for sick and anxious people!
"Excellent Out-Patient Clinic. Obscene..."
