"Impossible to get an appointment"

I have been trying to make an appointment for a little short of a fortnight, without success.

I try to call every morning at 08:00 on the dot, only to find myself in a long queue of waiting calls.

By the time I finally get to speak with someone - when the line doesn't go dead, that is - all appointments for the day have been filled.

I posit this surgery has a patients/doctors ratio that is ludicrous, and the appointments system is a sad joke.

I will try to find another surgery, as at the moment I feel the only access I have to the NHS is the Medway Hospital A&E, and I don't want to abuse such critical service.

Kings Family Practice, shame on you. You're a disgrace.
