"Great A&E department."

What I liked

I went ot Frenchay A and E department With abdominal pain, the nurses, do cots and paramedics who looked after me here were exceptional, it's a shame the same standard was not up kept when I was transferred to south mead.

What could be improved

The receptionist seems a little deaf and this is annoying when you're in a lot of pain and just want to sit down but she has to keep reassign you the same questions as she can't hear you. May I reccomment someone arranges a trip tk audiology for her !
