What I liked

Was my first visit to this service and i was apprehensive. The receptionist, the nursing staff and the consultant were all equally friendly and supportive. The environment was calm and controlled, which gave me confidence and a feeling of safety in an otherwise stressful time in my life.

Consultation was not rushed in any way and i came away feeling much more confident about my condition.
