Excellent treatment in the Theatre admission unit, the staff were very friendly, caring and delivered prompt treatment.
I recently went for my post-operative check-up at the Hallamshire hospital, the staff were smiley and cheerful but I cant say the same for the ENT doctor that I saw.
I felt they didn't smile once, hardly looked at me, spoke very little and looked bored and notinterested.
Such a contrast to all the other staff I had encountered
