What I liked

I was given a blood test by the nurse. I found them to be extremely friendly, and the music which was being played on a small CD player helped to calm any nerves. I was called for my appointment at exactly the right time and, for the first time ever - the injection was completely painless! The nurse worked fast and the blood test was over in a jiffy. Thank you nurse and well done NHS!
