About: Heartlands Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

My 19 yr old daughter had a bad chest, breathing difficulties. We went heartland A& E seen   a nurse within 90 mins. She was examined and put straight on a drip. Xray straight away.

Her heart rate an blood pressure were way to high. Xray came-back ok but she was admitted to keep a eye on her bp and heart rate. Staff at heartlands A& E were wonderful.

It was early hrs of the morning. They acted fast done all tests needed. Well done the all the staff. You all do a wonderful job 👍 Thank you all for the care you gave to my Daughter 👌 scary seeing your child not well but I always have faith in heartlands staff to make it better.   Well done you do a wonderful job.   👍👌

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments regarding your daughter’s care and treatment at Heartlands Hospital.

It is lovely to read such positive comments and I pleased that although it was very scary to see your child not well, that she had a good patient experience.

I do hope she is recovering well and feeling better.

I shall forward your posting to the Senior Management teams for Accident and Emergency and Radiology.

I will ask that your posting is shared with the staff, as I am sure they will be delighted to read your comments.

It is nice for the staff to receive recognition, as they all work extremely hard.
