What I liked
Visited minor injuries unit around midnight with my daughter who was suffering severe breathing problems from asthma/ allergic reaction. Once in the hospital she was quickly taken to treatment room and given oxygen and hooked up to ECG. She was also attached to nebuliser .A doctor saw her and examined her. She recovered quickly and was released after an hour.
What could be improved
Visibility outside is not good- the night bell is not clear- and the person on duty behind the desk showed no sense of urgency to open the door even though we had what we considered an urgent case.
Anything else?
Nursing staff superb- very attentive and considerate.
"A super facility close to homwe"
