"Extremely good - outstanding"

What I liked

I was very impressed with what went on during my appointment. I was treated as if I reallly mattered and my views taken into account. Overall I would say that the right people are in the right jobs - it makes all the difference when you are nervous about what is going to happen.

What could be improved

Can't think of anything - except maybe there could be some magazines in the waiting area but I suppose they are not encouraged these days because of infection risk - could be wrong on this but my GP does not have them either.
