"More than satisfied with the hospital..."

What I liked

Unfortunately I have been a fairly regular visitor to the hospital -as a patient – for a number of years. Admitted via A&E, sent in by my GP and the NHS Out of Hours Service and have been a patient in several wards, notably CCU and associated wards.

I have also attended the Cardiac Rehab Unit and Outpatient Clinics as follow ups to my stays in hospital. In every instance my treatment both medical and as a ‘client’ has been more than satisfactory. The cleanliness of the hospital and cheerful attitude of the staff (ALL STAFF) never fails to register with me. Of course things go slightly awry from time to time and you have to expect the odd wait on occasions but everyone needs to remember that it is a very busy environment with the constant need to balance ever changing patient priorities.
