I have been with this surgery a few years now. For some reason I always get to see the same Dr.
The receptionists are all polite and professional and appointments are not difficult to get.
The Dr I see is thorough and professional and doesn't suffer fools gladly.
If your problem is genuine and you meet the doctor half way you shouldn't have any reason to complain.
