"Brilliant clean hospital with caring..."

What I liked

I last visited Ormskirk Hospital for an outpatients appointment with my 2 year old daughter. However, my first experience was during my pregnancy with her and also the birth. All the staff were brilliant. I had a particularly good experience during my labour and on the postnatal ward. I had my first child at Whiston Hospital and had a terrible time but everything at Ormskirk was fantastic. The staff are excellent. Every inch of the hospital I have seen is really clean. I think it is an excellent hospital and I have no issues whenever a member of my family has had to go to the hospital. My daughter has had problems with urine infections and tonsilitis and we've been to the childrens A&E there several times - dealt with quickly and the staff talk you through everything.

What could be improved

A free car park would be great but thats about it!
