"A very difficult time made bearable by..."

What I liked

Professional, friendly, considerate and supportive staff, who work extremely hard under challenging circumstances, coping with everything thrown in their way. Their patience was exemplary.

What could be improved

Ok, the food is not 5 star, but it was sufficient and served efficiently and politely. This is, after all, a hospital and not a hotel / restaurant.

Anything else?

I felt saddened by the attitude of some patients, who seemed to think that extreme rudeness, including foul language, towards staff was acceptable, and who seemed to see nothing positive in the care they received. How sad!

I can only thank all involved in helping me to overcome what was a very difficult time.
