"Appauling hospital, they do not comply..."

What I liked

The consultant doctor is very knowledgable, helpful and respectful

What could be improved

1. By providing sanitary conditions so that bad infections didn't occur (soiled dressings left on for whole days etc)

2. By not leaving a patient who can barely move to shower herself and then leave her soaking wet in soiled dressings for four hours crying her eyes out for help!

3. By providing adequete pain relief so that patients aren't howling the place down in agony.

4. By having respectful staff who respect patients dignity and who do not have attitude problems towards patients

Yes, we will be formally complaining over the issues stated above, this is not the first time Torbay hospital has completely let our family down this year and it is quite obvious drastic changes are needed to bring the hospital up to the standards the NHS policy states.
